Are dogs kept in kennels or cages?No! Dogs have free roam of our home environment. The only time a dog would be in a kennel is if you bring your pet's own crate because that's where they prefer to sleep. We believe dogs deserve home comfort, not cage confinement.

Do you provide daily updates about my pet?Absolutely! Every pet parent receives daily photos and videos showing their dog's activities, meals, playtime, and pool sessions. We understand how much you miss your furry family member, so we make sure you see they're happy and well-cared for.

What if my dog has special dietary needs or medications?We're experienced with administering medications and following specific feeding schedules. Simply provide detailed instructions and we'll maintain your pet's routine exactly as you do at home. Our Premium Care Package ($60/night) is perfect for pets with complex medical needs.

Can my dog swim in your pool?Yes! Pool access is included for all boarding guests (weather permitting). We supervise all pool time to ensure safety, and many dogs absolutely love this unique amenity. It's great exercise and lots of fun – definitely not something you'll find at traditional kennels!

What are your drop-off and pick-up procedures?For everyone's comfort, we meet you at your car for both drop-off and pick-up. This keeps our current guests calm and makes the process smooth for you. Simply text us when you arrive, and we'll come out to greet you and your pet.
